EV owners flocking to Buc-ee's? 👉🏽 Mercedes Benz and Buc-ee have collaborated to build a network of 400-plus charging hubs in North America. The chargers work with all brands of electric vehicles but offer Mercedes drivers perks like reserving slots in advance. 👉🏽 Buc-ee’s is known for its jumbo-size spaces, road snacks, and pristine bathrooms. It is adding charging options to its locations. 👉🏽 Mercedes plans to enter about a dozen new states within the next 12 to 18 months. 👉🏽 EV sales are growing, with longer-term forecasts estimating that U.S. sales will reach 2.5 million in 2025, up from 1.1 million in 2023. 👉🏽 Mercedes sees an opportunity to improve the quality of today’s public charging experience and aims to set a new standard. 👉🏽 The collaboration with Buc-ee aims to make EV infrastructure feel like a normal part of everyday American road life.
