World Bipolar Day: Embracing Awareness and Understanding Today we are celebrating World Bipolar Day, a global initiative dedicated to raising awareness and education surrounding mental health. Around 1 in every 100 people will be diagnosed with Bipolar disorder at some point in their life, yet despite its prevalence and severity, Bipolar disorder continues to be stigmatised and misunderstood.
