How do we empower #women in science? Big words? ❌ Words with action ✅ Action is ONLY seen by numbers! Among the three Major International Awards for Women including: 1) Loreal-UNESCO For #WomeninScience Award which is organised by UNESCO and Fondation L'Oréal 2) FEBS | EMBO #WomeninScience Award which is organised by FEBS Congress. 3) The Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD) - Elsevier Foundation organised by TWAS – The World Academy of Sciences Award for Early Career Women Scientists Many Women in science are not aware of these awards even, but they are beyond amazing! That is why I feel proud to be part of the reviewer and selection committee team at The Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD)- Elsevier Foundation Awards this year! Reading all the applications I felt somehow I knew each woman despite I don't! We share a lot even though we are not aware of that! It is the small actions that we do continuously that make a difference in the change that we dream of seeing! #EdTech #STEM #NextGen #DataScience
