To be able to effectively convey your brand vision to your team, you should first define your brand values, image, objectives, development strategies and plans for yourself. The important question is that: why other people (including your team) should accept and convey your brand among many different innovative and powerful other similar brands in the market? if you can answer correctly and honestly this question with reliable, robust facts then you can convey your brand effectively for your team and any other parties.
