I suspect the biggest culprit here is AI designed to actively prevent a person from connecting with a human being at the company. All that does is antagonize the client who isn't stupid, they recognize their valuable time is being wasted playing checkers with an AI bot that's designed to keep them from a human who can provide a solution. Then when the client finally reaches a human working at your company, they're angry and stressed out it took 5x as long to get a person, and even if they don't take it out on the human representative, it sets the tone for the entire interaction. https://lnkd.in/erAFhjik
