As rightly said, you can make great products but the real challenge is making money out of it. The solutions are 1) A solid GTM strategy. 2) Rockstar Sales team and process. 3) Followed up with genius customer success road map. Agree?

I have come across many people who quit their well-paying jobs, built an excellent product, had a demand as well, but still could not succeed, probably because one thing was missing - ki Dhandha kaise banaate hain. If you observed, there were many pitches from Gujarat this time in Shark Tank India, and I could not remember a single one that was not making money. Aise aise ideas jiske baare mein no one can imagine, they built a great Dhandha out of it. For example Raja Rani Coaching, a single trainer, 70,000+ students, 6 Crore ARR, and a profit margin of 45%. Can you believe it? #Entrepreneurship #Dhandha

No, you are wrong in suggesting that "RCB needs a better bowling attack as well". They need a stronger management team and someone with a vision to take the hard steps if necessary to make the team successful, rather than just selling merchandise and increasing the ticket price.🫣 I agree that "Great Product ≠ A Successful Business". However, the location where a business is set up does not solely define the success of a product or one's business acumen. The success of a product is determined by the people who manage it, not the location where the business is set up. Countless examples are just a "Google" search away. In reels or motivational speeches, "Mumbai," "Delhi," or "Bangalore" are often thrown around for clickbait or as a means of gaslighting people for attention. However, these cities may not represent the whole truth.  My only fear is that, even in the future, the upcoming entrepreneurs or managers, who in the future might wish to make or manage products, will set up their stalls only in those mentioned cities due to this perception. In India, these big tycoons have managed to concentrate and create a perception that business lies only in these hubs, with the narrative that "business can only be done here." "Dhandha yahin banayenge, Dukaan chale na chale"  *I know this is a generalization and I have no real data to back my observations, lekin sach toh hai* 

Let’s make it simple and straightforward :- 1- Bangalore- Building Great Products 2- Mumbai & Delhi - Build Business ( Dhandha ) In my opinion, execution is everything. Location doesn’t matter. Part 4/4 It's been about 7 months since I moved back to Bangalore. Weirdly it feels like home but also not in many ways. You know how everything feels the same but also different? 🥹🤔 Bangalore has been my home for 25 years but the way Seattle became my home in just about 2.5 years I still can't comprehend how that worked out. Here are 3 things that I learned while moving back to my home country: 1. 🌌 PlanBs can sometimes be your reality: No matter how well-defined my aim is, I have always ensured to have Plan B handy; this was a high-impact situation to implement it. I've never imagined thriving at a startup given that I've previously worked for bigger corporations. I am working as a sole UX designer and changing the face of the company's product. It's challenging and the learning curve is insane because we've launched 10 different product lines which I designed in the last 7 months! 2. 💙 Learning to be kind to myself: I lost my confidence, faith, and hope for a positive future. I feared failure in every action. But I soon realized that the body that supported me through that rough patch deserved a break. The brain that constantly processed calculations and anxiety needed some time off from being in fight or flight mode. 3. 🏠 Embracing Change: Returning home ≠ to failed dreams. That's how I saw it. I knew it was wrong to think so, but I couldn't get that out of my head. Occasionally, I still feel that way. But I've learned that change can open doors to growth and opportunity. It gave me a combination of confidence and stress. NGL, even though I navigated unemployment, the thought of getting back into job hunting still gives me the jitters. #personalstory #returntohome #lifeaftergradschool

Retail business is something that has always fascinated me personally. Last few months have been super exciting for me just thinking about this huge opportunity to reimagine retail and build a brand that stands for trust, quality and value. As a consumer and a retailer, this is very close to my heart and am looking forward to cracking this along with a rockstar team.
