I should probably add a bit more context to the statement "content operations is the implementation of a content strategy". You can develop a content strategy and then put the strategy in a drawer and not do anything with it. If your content strategy is about improving operational efficiency, then you need to implement the strategy to get any benefit from it. The outcome - the improvement in your operating model - is the end result of the strategy. #ContentOperations #ContentOps #ContentStrategy #UX #Implementation
"So I would say it's the implementation of a content strategy." Rahel Anne Bailie of Technically Write IT discusses her definition of content operations with her good friend Kevin Nichols. Learn how content operations are necessary for growing organizations looking to scale their content libraries and processes below: Youtube: https://lnkd.in/euREwGha All Other Platforms: https://lnkd.in/e7YEUa-4 #ContentStrategy #ContentOperations #DigitalMarketing #ContentManagement #MarketingStrategy
Okay two things: 1) I loved scrolling my feed and seeing the two of you chatting. ❤️ 2) The cat on Kevin’s t-shirt looks like it keeps popping its head up into the frame.
I LOVED this discussion with Rahel Anne Bailie on Content Operations. Rahel is a TOP industry veteran on this topic, and she did Content Operations before the term was even highly used concept. 1moSo true. And content strategy itself is operationalising everything in content design, product marketing, UX writing, and brand positioning.
