We can’t generate interest out of thin air!!! For prospects to take action, something fundamental has to change - either in their understanding of their own challenges or in the way their organization views these challenges. Until they feel that the problem is too pressing to ignore, they won’t be actively searching for a solution. That’s why it’s our job to make sure we’re top of mind with relevant messaging that speaks directly to their pain points. When our potential customers feel the need to act, they’ll remember us and reach out. But even with frequent touchpoints or well-strategised outreach, if the pain isn’t urgent or they’re locked into a competitor’s contract, it’s unlikely our outreach will convert.
