A good immersion programme should be a two-way exchange, don’t you agree? ➡️⬅️   It’s not just about overseas innovators getting to know the local ecosystem; it’s equally important for the local ecosystem to learn about these international innovators.   The first step to going global is connecting with people on the ground, listening to their stories, and gaining firsthand experiences. 🌍   In my view, the most valuable aspect for any innovator is receiving direct feedback from end users about their innovations.   That’s why we offer “unboxing” opportunities as part of our VentureBlick go global programmes. And it’s not surprising that these sessions are everyone’s favourite part of the programme! I've said it before, I really like the time on the train from- or to Stockholm. Focusing on work, but also time to reflect. I even get happy when the train is a bit delayed. This time I look back on one amazing week for Moveup Consulting AB. We've signed up clients for 7 new recruitments, and we hope this is a good sign of a better business climate. Many small innovation companies in medtech and pharma had a tough year, and the fundraising is tougher than ever. Unfortunately, we've seen good companies having to close down their business due to lack of the financial resources. Luckily for us, we have also many large business clients like Mölnlycke Health Care, Oticon Medical, XVIVO, BD, Abbott and many more. I have another business engagement, Padel Šolta. Reflecting on what we've accomplished so far, I can be nothing but grateful for all the attention and recognition we had this first season. Great efforts from all of our team, but from David Bergqvist and Matthias Troll more than anyone. For Padel Šolta, the business climate is more than good. It seems we've found a niche that attracts people from all of Europe and beyond. A private padel resort, with everything you need on site. Not easily found anywhere else to be honest.
