I am called in to consult because of the uninterpretable mess of data and the struggle to uncover its story. If you are an HR leader struggling to find accurate insights about whats helping and what's hindering the performance of your teams, you should hop on this session with Ali Khan!
I get asked alot of questions... what's flourishing, what's the impact, what are the results... Good time for an Ask Me Anything session. Running monthly. First one next week. Your boss doesn't give a sh*t whether a button is red or green. Or whether it's on the left or right. What does interest your boss is how to achieve the company's BHAG. In other words: the strategic priorities. So, if the strategic direction is sustainability, involve your boss in experiments around sustainability. If the strategic direction is targeting a younger audience, involve your boss in experiments around this theme. If your boss wants more focus on physical stores, ensure omni-channel experiments and share the learnings. To all CROs and CRO teams in my network: start with strategic hypotheses to execution hypotheses. As a result: experimentation will get the C-level attention it deserves! CRO budget solved for 2025.
