Your boss doesn't give a sh*t whether a button is red or green. Or whether it's on the left or right. What does interest your boss is how to achieve the company's BHAG. In other words: the strategic priorities. So, if the strategic direction is sustainability, involve your boss in experiments around sustainability. If the strategic direction is targeting a younger audience, involve your boss in experiments around this theme. If your boss wants more focus on physical stores, ensure omni-channel experiments and share the learnings. To all CROs and CRO teams in my network: start with strategic hypotheses to execution hypotheses. As a result: experimentation will get the C-level attention it deserves! CRO budget solved for 2025.
