Sadly I've learned the hard way that it is better to submit high resolution raster images to Elsevier journals as they end up converting vector graphics to medium resolution raster graphics! Outrageous IMO

Also consider an IDE configuration that displays colors inline. Like the popular "color highlight" for VSC. https://github.com/enyancc/vscode-ext-color-highlight
