In order to determine your direction, you need to identify two things: purpose and vision. 🔥 What is your business for? What do you envision your team and venture becoming? You need a strong sense of where you want to go and the values that will guide you there. This compass provides a steady direction, even in the midst of challenges and uncertainty. As a leader, you also have the ability to recognize when a plan isn't working and make necessary adjustments. You don’t have to be afraid to pivot or change direction when faced with obstacles or new opportunities. Defining your course and changing it when necessary are crucial in achieving your goals.
