10 years ago, we embarked on an unconventional journey. In a world where e-commerce was still finding its footing, we dared to experiment with the unthinkable: an offline store for an online furniture company. One of our new investors, Gautam Patel from Zodius Capital, sparked this idea during a visit to our Jodhpur warehouse. Witnessing the variety and craftsmanship of our furniture, he posed a question: "Why not let customers experience this firsthand?" We believed in creating a seamless customer experience, blurring the lines between online and offline. We wanted to provide an experience, where customers could explore, interact, and make informed decisions, while they ultimately purchased online. This experiment was a leap of faith. With limited design and retail experience, we launched our pilot studio in Kanjurmarg, repurposing a space under our own office. This humble beginning transformed into a valuable learning ground. Our team closely interacted with customers, gathering invaluable insights into their preferences, design inspirations, and aspirations. These learnings became the foundation of our customer understanding and the cornerstone of our success. Building on this initial success, we expanded our reach, opening our second studio in Indiranagar, Bangalore, followed by 12 more across various locations. Today, we proudly boast a network of over 140 studios across 90 cities In India. Through our Franchisee Model, we've empowered a network of passionate entrepreneurs to join our journey, driven by our commitment to impeccable design, quality, and comfort. We are immensely proud of this 10-year journey on being an 'Omni Channel' Pioneer in Indian eCommerce. Our offline stores have not only enriched the customer experience but have also played a pivotal role in our growth and success.
