Sister Elizabeth Kenny was a self-trained nurse who made major contributions to the treatment of polio and provided care during World War I. She made this observation about anger: "He who angers you, conquers you." It reminds me of the observation by Dr. Mark Goulston: "An attack is an opportunity... for poise! Stripping you of your poise is their best weapon." Something is going to happen this week that will have the opportunity to set you off. Strip you of your poise.
