2025 is quickly coming into focus, and with it the annual need for pay reviews and strategic planning for the year ahead. ⏰ Pay Transparency has added some extra complexity for HR and Reward leaders this year, with the 'do we?', 'don't we?' and 'how do we?' questions looming equally heavy over those within and outside of the mandated EU Directive (here's looking at you, UK businesses 👀). Finding the right way forward takes putting in the right level of preparation – from impact and gap analysis, through to planning a watertight internal comms strategy. One thing that is certain is that the tides are changing, and those that don't act soon will likely fall out of step of the competition. Earlier this year, we spoke to Rachel Gibbs about the steps companies can take to start preparing now. You can watch the full webinar back 🎥 in the link in the comments 👇

It can be challenging to respond to an employee who doesn't understand why they are making less than their co-worker or someone who believes that their value to the organization is not being appropriately reflected in their compensation. While these conversations are not new, they are happening with more and more frequency. Watch the entire episode to learn how best to respond and what you can do to build more solid compensation practices within your business. https://lnkd.in/gsNYgEZs
