Square/Circle Loop 004 - Entirely Crafted in After Effects with Dynamic Delay. Some people advise against using After Effects for 3D, but here's my take: I'm actively learning to maximise 3D capabilities within After Effects to my advantage, and I'm genuinely enjoying the process. It's true, it can't be compared to Blender or Cinema 4D, but for my purposes, it serves well. - First, I created the core of the animation using the Dynamic Delay script in After Effects—straightforward and efficient. - Next, I delved into new territory by following Carl Johan Hasselrot's tutorial on stylisation using set mats—a game changer for me. To polish it off, I applied Optical Glow, added Lumetri Color, and a touch of grain for that final flair. 🔔 Stay tuned for a detailed breakdown coming next week. For those unfamiliar with Dynamic Delay: - It’s an After Effects script designed to simplify complex expression rigs for delays and property offsets, saving significant time. Mesmerizing! What tools/abilities do you wish AE had that are available in Blender?
Good to read your process, and the end result is sweet
This is great, so satisfying to watch. Look forward to your breakdown post, thanks 😊👏🏾👏🏾
This is great I would love to see your setup with delay and the mattes.
