Sleeping 8 hours is mandatory ✅ During practical exam of Physical Education in 12th standard, my examiner told me that if you sleep for 6 hrs a day instead of 8 hrs then you can save 730 hrs a year which is equal to 30 days, that means you can work 1 month extra than others. I don’t know who made him Physical Education Examiner and why we have teachers like them in our system but that’s how our education system works. Why Sleeping is considered as wasting of time⁉️ Why Sleeping is underrated⁉️ If we don’t charge our phone for 1 hr everyday, it will not work properly. Similarly, if we don’t sleep for 8 hrs a day. We won’t be able to work productively. If you sacrifice your sleep for your work, your boss will definitely appreciate you because they don’t care about your health. No one is going to tell you this. Start investing in your health seriously especially sleep. Health Investment is more important than Financial Investment because you need a good health to enjoy money. #sleep #matters #productivity

Parvi Agrawal Without going into the science of sleeping, the number of hours we sleep is unimportant. It is the quality of the hours spent awake that matters. Quality over quantity is essential when it comes to sleep. Even if we sleep for a shorter time, ensuring that we are well-rested and refreshed when we wake up is more important. Prioritizing deep, restorative sleep over logging hours in bed is crucial.

Absolutely correct! Sleep is a necessary part of our well being and we often overlook it to get our work done. But in the long run, less sleep is equivalent to poision and adversely affects our health. Great post Parvi Agrawal
