This roundtable was hosted in partnership with StreamSets Inc. and Accenture Australia. We extend our gratitude to them for their support and contributions to the data, analytics and AI community.   As the roundtable name suggests, the discussion focused on ‘Getting Data in Shape for AI’! Brisbane's data leaders gathered to dive deep into the challenges and strategies surrounding data's pivotal role in driving AI initiatives. The discussions underscored a universal truth: the effectiveness of AI is intrinsically linked to the quality of data fuelling it. The conversation spanned a range of hot topics, from assessing data readiness for AI implementation, tackling data quality issues head-on, best practices for data integration across multiple sources, to recognising its significance in preparing robust datasets for AI usage. It was particularly enlightening to hear diverse perspectives on overcoming common hurdles in data preparation and the innovative strategies being employed across different organisations.
