Unfortunately, true too many times. My biggest competitors are not other agencies....its the rolodex of my hiring managers. And, I get it. But, once you have exhausted your rolodex of superstars, what then? HOPE someone answers your linkedin job posting? Maybe pick up a referral? Here's a better way: let me construct a curated list of candidates, boil them down into a vetted list of verifiable performers, and then you evaluate and choose the individual that you feel is the best fit for your management style. Microsoft introduces Recall. It takes snapshots of your screen and catalogs those captures for search. Of course, Microsoft claims it is encrypted to the machine. Of course, it only uses onboard processing and AI, local use only. Of course, it is helpful when you need to remember that one file or website or action you took. And of course, it will only work with computers that have the latest Neural Processing Units (NPU). Of course, I'll be keeping an older model computer as my main driver.
