Unfortunately, true too many times. My biggest competitors are not other agencies....its the rolodex of my hiring managers. And, I get it. But, once you have exhausted your rolodex of superstars, what then? HOPE someone answers your linkedin job posting? Maybe pick up a referral? Here's a better way: let me construct a curated list of candidates, boil them down into a vetted list of verifiable performers, and then you evaluate and choose the individual that you feel is the best fit for your management style. Its not hard. #healthcareITsales

Nopotism either way then, just the mechanics vary. "Superstars" vs "performers", or rhetoric vs ego? Depends on the viewpoint of course. But it's clear: merit is conspicuously absent at the pony parade. ☕ It's not right either. 🎩
