#freelancetrainers This was an absolute eye opener for me - the fundamental numbers you need to know to run a profitable business. Once you know them, then it's a must to keep monitoring and reviewing what's working for you and areas you need to look at. I like to book out time at the end of the month to spend a good few hours looking at what's been happening, and then that helps me to tweak where my time will be spent for the month after - I have my overall business plan, but I need to respond to what is actually happening and not just keep going head down. #freelancetrainers I have always had a love hate relationship with social media – I can see the good in it, but there is also a lot of horrible things that it is used for – scams, fraud, keyboard warriors and over the years, like many people, I have been subject to it all.
