Creo surveyed 250+ supply chain executives focusing on their priorities, challenges, technology, and people. We discovered true alignment is a bigger issue than organizations realize: o Just under half of Supply Chain executives recognize an opportunity to improve alignment between their function and the rest of the organization. o 82% of respondents rate customer prioritization as a high priority, yet only 11% cite service as a top 2 KPI. o 80% of respondents plan to invest heavily in advanced technologies and ERP in the next three years, but 60% report underleveraged technology in their organization. Integration ensured the warehouse allocated the correct inventory based on order logic for each division. The result was optimized inventory for each business unit, maximizing utilization and profits. ⚒ What are key factors that make a transformation team successful? 👨💼 **Cross-Functional Expertise**: A blend of skills from different domains, including technology, operations, finance, and human resources, ensures comprehensive problem-solving capabilities.
