Why Wait Until January? It’s almost December, and Christmas is around the corner. It’s tempting to say, “I’ll start in the New Year.” But let’s fast-forward to January: That first week is a whirlwind. You’re tired, recovering from the holidays, juggling work, and trying to get the kids back into a routine. “I’ll start next week,” you tell yourself. Then week two rolls around. You still don’t feel ready. So you push it back again. Before you know it, January’s gone, and you’re no closer to where you want to be. Sound familiar? Here’s the thing: waiting doesn’t make it easier. Starting now—today—does. Imagine this: • You finish a session and feel amazing. • Your outlook shifts—you’re calmer, more patient, even with the kids. • Life’s daily stresses don’t weigh you down like they used to. • And when you go to bed? You sleep better than you have in months. This isn’t some far-off goal for six months down the line. It’s the instant payoff of getting started. If you’ve been waiting for the “right time,” maybe it’s time to stop waiting. Of course, the choice is yours. But know this: we’ll be here to support you whenever you’re ready. So, why not make today that day?

Take one step back so you can take two steps forward. If you’re an entrepreneur, you probably see your weekends like regular workdays. Bad idea! It’s only a matter of time before your brain becomes burnt like the rarest steak you’ve ever seen. (Even salt “forearm drip” bae can’t fix that.) You see… If you want to increase your productivity, you need to take a break from work. This doesn’t mean shutting your brain off with booze or sleeping all day. It means keeping your mind active while doing fun things. Like living your damn life, for example. That’s what you’re in here for, right? You want freedom? You want options? What’s the point of allowing yourself that if you build your business around a lifestyle you don’t want to live? The point is not to make huge sums of money, go to an island, and take a vacation for the rest of your life… But to enjoy every minute of it. (Yes, even while doing the tedious work.) Because that allows you to grow and give back value to the world. Just test this out for one month if you don’t believe me. And take a mini vacation every month for at least one weekend. See how you begin your week each Monday. Refreshed and ready to be a speed demon without sacrificing quality. Otherwise, you’ll be wasting double your time. Like when forcing yourself to work and improve on your low-quality work. Be the intelligent turtle rather than the burnout bunny.

The 29th of February rolls around, and suddenly, there's talk of an 'extra day.' An extra day to hustle harder, push further, do more. But here's a thought from my little corner of the internet: It's still just Thursday 😅 I’ve heard the chatter about seizing this leap year day to cram in more tasks, more work, more of the endless hustle 😭 But PLEASE let’s pause for a moment. For most of us, today was never a blank slate waiting to be filled with extra to-dos. It was already spoken for, with plans, work, and maybe a bit of rest if we’re lucky. I’m here to say: Enough. The culture of constantly doing more because we're told we can? It’s deffo not what I'm about. Even though, yes, the reality of running a business often means our days are overflowing, I'm not going to stand here and tell you to stretch yourself thinner, even if the calendar gives us a 'bonus day.' Today, let’s not buy into the leap-year pressure. Let’s acknowledge our limits, respect our wellbeing, and remember that running on empty isn't a badge of honour—it’s a sign to take a step back. So, if you’ve got plans for today, that’s great. If those plans include rest, even better. And if you feel the weight of 'doing more' just because it’s February 29th, let me be the voice that says: You’re doing enough. Really 🤗 Drop a ❤️ if today is just Thursday for you, too! #SocialMediaMadeSimple #LeapYear #AntiHustleCulture

𝘚𝘢𝘯𝘥 The “fillers” of your year—professional development, personal events, and day-to-day tasks. The key is to add the sand after you’ve locked in the big rocks and pebbles. "𝗗𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿?" 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 Most people dive into January with little more than a wish list of resolutions—and it’s no wonder they fizzle out by February. Weekends wield profound influence. This realization dawned upon me once I began to honor weekends earnestly. In the whirlwind of startup endeavors, we often overlook the significance of simply being present with friends, partners, siblings, and ourselves, indulging in the luxury of 'doing nothing'. Those precious 48 hours possess the remarkable ability to replenish one's vitality and equip them for the forthcoming week with renewed vigor. They afford us moments of contemplation and introspection, allowing us to evaluate successes, failures, and areas for improvement not only in our professional endeavors but also in our personal lives. Rather than succumbing to passive entertainment like binge-watching Netflix, dining out, or socializing with acquaintances, nurturing deeper connections through meaningful conversations and fostering relationships with fellow entrepreneurs prove invaluable. Engaging in activities such as reading, planning travels, or simply relishing moments of quietude serves as a therapeutic balm for the soul, indispensable for holistic well-being. As entrepreneurs, we often carry the burden of work even into weekends, tethered to our screens, oblivious to the charm of leisure. Contrary to the notion that life transcends beyond these two days, I embrace a divergent viewpoint. I advocate for cherishing and savoring these fleeting moments with unparalleled ardor. For within them lies boundless potential. 😊 By momentarily setting aside work obligations, immerse yourself in the sheer joy of existence and cultivate gratitude for life's blessings. Witness then the transformative alchemy these two days bestow. Indeed, their power is immense. 😊 Wishing you a rejuvenating weekend! 😊

My typical weekend activities. As a social media manager juggling multiple brands and businesses, weekends have become crucial for me. I used to work nonstop, creating content from Monday through Sunday without taking a single day off. It was exhausting, and I realized something needed to change. Recently, I figured out how to make the most of my weekends—and it's been a game-changer. Being partly involved in my mum's business, I now dedicate my weekends to helping her strategize and, of course, catching up on all her latest stories. It’s our bonding time, and it means the world to me. But that’s not all. I also use the weekend to plan out my content for the week ahead. It’s my chance to get creative and ensure I’m delivering value to my clients without burning out. Plus, I dive deep into research to stay on top of the latest trends in the industries I work with. Another important weekend task is completing my pending courses. Continuous learning is vital in this ever evolving industry, and weekends give me the perfect opportunity to finish up those lessons and keep my skills sharp. And here’s something new—I’ve decided to spice up my social life a bit. So, weekends are also for reconnecting with family and friends, recharging, and just enjoying the little moments that keep me grounded. Now, I’m curious—how do you spend your weekends balancing your professional and personal life as an entrepreneur? Let’s share some tips and inspire each other to make the most of our time. Drop your thoughts in the comments below! Happy weekend #linkedin fanmily 💜 #TGIF

You don’t need more time. You need fewer distractions. The holidays are magical. Snow, Christmas shopping, get-togethers… all of it. Enjoy it! Truly. But don’t let it distract you from what matters most: your goals and dreams. Your business, career, relationships, health, faith, and fitness. They’re just as important during this season. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about balance. ✔️ Enjoy the celebrations. ✔️ And still make time for the things that move your life forward. Or use it as a counterbalance. Maybe it’s trying something new. Or taking one small step toward your bucket list. Or staying consistent with the routines that keep you grounded. The beautiful holiday season doesn’t have to derail your progress. The question is: How can you move forward and enjoy everything else? Please share your goals for the end of this year. -- Follow Kathrin Brand for more 🔔

If you don’t wake up every Monday excited, then you probably aren’t doing these 5 things… (And the best part is that they are all within 100% of your control) 1. Stacking a pile of FU money I define “FU money” as 6-12 months expenses. I also call this your “financial foundation” because once you have this, a whole new world of possibilities and capabilities open up to you. Make this your numero uno goal!!! 2. Living your WHY Statement My WHY is to “Glorify God, cherish my family, serve others and have fun while doing it.” 2 years ago, when I wasn’t living that fully out, I made $265,000 that year and was miserable. Now, I haven’t had a paycheck in 2 years but life is awesome because I’m living my WHY out daily. 3. Refining your personal brand For the past 15 months, I’ve become slightly obsessed with personal brand. I’m convinced a well-curated personal brand will add more to your earnings over your lifetime than a generic college degree. It takes a lifetime to build a reputation but 5 minutes to ruin it. So build it on purpose. 4. Have extreme clarity on your goals Why is a clear, certain medical diagnosis so important? Because docs know exactly what treatment to prescribe the more certain they are. Same goes for your goals. The more specific and clear and in line with your WHY your goals are, the more motivated, disciplined and certain you will be in your daily life. 5. Weekends full of rest and fun I have 3 kids (age 7, 4 and 4) and I still find time to rest on the weekend. My secret? Make my wife do all the chores while I nap. JUST KIDDING!!! She’s actually the napper, I’m not a fan of them. But our secret is that Saturday is a mix of chores and fun, but Sunday has rules… 1. Zero work 2. Zero emails 3. Zero chores 4. Limited social media (tryna get to zero) 5. Only things allowed on Sunday is going to church, serving the community and having fun with family and friends Having a full 24-hours dedicated to just “living”, changed not just our Mondays, but our entire week. 😎 So give some of these a go and make your Mondays awesome! 🏝️FOLLOW for more Lifestyle Design tips and content

My client Jessica sent me this: "I’m thankful for you and our sessions. This is the first time in my life where I took a trip and got back right into working out when I got home. That is huge! Thank you!" Do you know how powerful that is? It’s not just about working out—it’s about finally feeling in control. Vacations, holidays, or even life’s chaos no longer derail you. You bounce back stronger because you’ve built the habits and the mindset to keep going. But here’s the kicker: This didn’t happen by chance. It happened because she stopped waiting for “the right time” and started showing up for herself. So what’s holding you back? ❌ “I’ll wait until January.” ❌ “I don’t have the time.” ❌ “The holidays are too busy.” Here’s the truth: January is too late if you’re serious about change. If you can make progress during the holidays, you can handle anything life throws at you. This Black Friday, I’m offering a deal to help you take control of your health now: Buy 6 months of 1:1 coaching, get 6 MORE months FREE. AND sign up before Dec 1st to get December free. Imagine this time next year, looking back and saying: 💪 “I finally feel strong and in control of my health.” 💡 “I have more energy than I’ve had in years.” ✨ “I’ve built habits that stick, no matter how busy life gets.” Let me help you: ✅ Navigate the holidays without backsliding. ✅ Build the energy you NEED for your business and life. ✅ Start 2025 feeling strong, confident, and unstoppable. This deal ends Dec 1st at 11:59 PM. There are only three spots, and when they’re gone, they’re gone. DM me to claim your spot, and let’s make this your story too. You’ve got this. 💪
