Take one step back so you can take two steps forward. If you’re an entrepreneur, you probably see your weekends like regular workdays. Bad idea! It’s only a matter of time before your brain becomes burnt like the rarest steak you’ve ever seen. (Even salt “forearm drip” bae can’t fix that.) You see… If you want to increase your productivity, you need to take a break from work. This doesn’t mean shutting your brain off with booze or sleeping all day. It means keeping your mind active while doing fun things. Like living your damn life, for example. That’s what you’re in here for, right? You want freedom? You want options? What’s the point of allowing yourself that if you build your business around a lifestyle you don’t want to live? The point is not to make huge sums of money, go to an island, and take a vacation for the rest of your life… But to enjoy every minute of it. (Yes, even while doing the tedious work.) Because that allows you to grow and give back value to the world. Just test this out for one month if you don’t believe me. And take a mini vacation every month for at least one weekend. See how you begin your week each Monday. Refreshed and ready to be a speed demon without sacrificing quality. Otherwise, you’ll be wasting double your time. Like when forcing yourself to work and improve on your low-quality work. Be the intelligent turtle rather than the burnout bunny.
Burnout isn't a badge of hono
I agree with you Gjorgji so much here!! It's crazy how so many people believe in working like robots with no pauze for years only to achieve the "early retirement" possibility. If you are not happy now, you never will be.

Well said Gjorgji Cvetkovski ! Working on weekends is a highway to h̶e̶l̶l̶ burnout. The biggest favor you can do yourself is to take some rest and recharge for the week that follows.
The analogy is perfect. Being the intelligent turtle means consistent progress without burnout. Quality over speed, always. Gjorgji Cvetkovski
I need a vacation badly!
Sometimes that's the best thing we can do if we want to keep growing!
Scaling my business to $10K/month in 6 months. The Mind. Business. Health | MBA
9moThis. Is powerful Gjorgji. There’s no fun in work, without play. And vice-versa. We could learn a lot from the Premier League. Where teams are fully focused for 9 months with training, diet etc. But have a little fun for 3 months. For a nice reset. We could go about with this rule for so many things in life in my opinion. Thoughts?
