Thanks for sharing this OneUp Sales, great read and a lot of data driven insights! Playing devils advocate here... I think them figures are low for any agencies standards. Winning on av 5 roles pm / 10 CVs = 2 CV's per role. 2 CV's per role = 1 1st interview Most hiring processes are 3 stages... If the av. recruiter isn't bringing in enough new business I imagine they're doing more candidate work and should have 3-5 solid candidates per role (at least). And if they're a specialist in a vertical each candidate should be going to each live job (in theory). If these numbers are accurate seems like there's a huge workflow problem resulting in poor candidate coverage. Maybe reps are wasting too much time on low-value work or going through the motions when doing outreach. Was this for the whole of 2023?
