Hey Parker, I just wanted to say Happy 25th Odyssey verse 3 and I want to say thanks for being such a great mentor to me in the short time I've been here. I feel like I've learned so much from you and I'm excited to see you with future holds with the company and I'm happy to be a part of the team. Hey Parker, Congrats on 25 years. What an amazing compliment and I'm just so thankful that I've gotten to be a part of it. These last couple years working for Odyssey has meant a lot to me. I've always felt supported and marriage to strive to better myself. It's hard to believe that the company's been around. 25 years and I've been there for more than half of it. As for what working at Odyssey means to me, I'd have to say the combination of an excellent work life balance and actually enjoying what I do, which for a lot of people it's hard to imagine Message to Odyssey Advisors on its 25th anniversary would just be how awesome that is. And I'm really looking forward to see what the future holds and how we can continue growing and learning and helping our clients. Odyssey to me is more than just a company because the way that Parker has built it, it's a company that looks out for our. Clients and their best interest. It's not just about the profit, It really is about making sure that our clients have the tools and the knowledge to do this even without us if they needed to. Parker is the truly the best boss I've ever had. He values our opinion and truly believes in US and the work that we do and what we're capable of and he's constantly pushing us to be better at what we do and. Educate ourselves and learn more and grow not just as actuaries, you know, on behalf of Odyssey Advisors, but as human beings as well. And knowing that we may not always work there, but he wants us to have the opportunities so that as we move on in the workforce and in our lives, we're the best equipped that we can be. I think my favorite memory from working at Honestly Advisors probably our offsite trip to Ireland this past spring, you know, going to a different country. With everyone was a really cool experience, something I wasn't expecting, something that I don't think I'll forget anytime soon. I would say my favorite memory would probably be the cooking lesson we did in New Orleans last year. It was a really great team bonding experience and we all were learning something new and also getting some laughs and eating some great food while we were at it. It's tough to say, but I'd really be remiss to leave out the time that we were trying to interview print media companies and we went to the neighborhood and had the cops called on us. Either way, it was a good time. I truly loved the company culture. Odyssey is not a company where you know this is how we've always done it, so we're going to keep doing that. You are encouraged to try new ideas and open your mind and learn new things. And so we really have the freedom to try something new. And have the team work with us and build on it and make it better. We're constantly striving to be better as a company, release better information and better reports for our clients. So just to really have that opportunity to come in here and learn about everything but then also have my opinion valued is unbelievable. You know, I I love my coworkers, I love what we do and how we do it, and I don't want to work anywhere else. If we keep doing what we've been doing, then the next 25 years should be even better. The last 25 Here's to 25 more years.
Happy 25th Odyssey!! Cheers to 25 more!!
