We'd like to provide a brief overview of each business area. First, let's discuss our home healthcare business. The top left graph on the slide shows the number of nurses. Below that, we have the graph representing the total number of full-time equivalent (FTE) nurses over the year. Initially, we planned for 1,456 FTE nurses, but we ended up with slightly over 1,500, about 50 more than planned. This increase in personnel led to higher labor costs, contributing to the decrease in profits for the fiscal year ending March 2024. Additionally, the number of visits was planned at 159,000, but the actual number was 153,000, slightly below the target.
