Happy #MentalMonday! Do you ever feel like your mind is cluttered and you can't focus on anything? I certainly do, but one thing that helps me clear my mind is spending time in my garden or any green spot. Recently, someone explained to me how gardening can be beneficial not just for my plants, but for my mental health. Every act in gardening can help declutter your mind. For example, weeding can be seen as removing distractions, and planting a seed can be compared to nurturing a new project or idea. This person also emphasized the importance of taking regular breaks for hydration and rest to prevent burnout. It's amazing how a simple act like watering a plant can refresh our minds and help us refocus. So this #MentalMonday, I encourage anyone with a hobby to reflect and appreciate the moment. For me, gardening has become a way to declutter my mind and nurture my creativity. Today, I picked up strawberries as I enjoyed my time in the garden. Stay Safe Stay Sane 😉🙏
