#mentalhealthawareness week is a time to reflect on the importance of prioritising our mental wellbeing in every aspect of our lives, especially in the workplace. Our bodies are incredible at communicating with us. They send signals when we need to slow down, take a break, or change our routines. For me, taking a daily walk clears my head, either during my lunch break or in the evening. Sometimes, I walk into the gym and realise I just can't do it today, so I walk right back out - and that's okay! It's all about listening to our bodies. Let me know in the comments one thing you do during the week to prioritise your mental health. #mentalhealthawarenessweek #momentsformovement

R U OK? Day: A Reflection on Mental Wellbeing 💛 In a year marked by global instability 🌍, rising costs of living 💸, and traumatic events both near and far, mental health 🧠 has become a hot topic. With so much going on, looking after yourself first ❤️, and then extending that care to those around you, is more important than ever. R U OK? Day is a powerful reinforcement that while today shines a light on these conversations, they shouldn't end here. Checking in with others should be an everyday practice. It’s not just about asking, "Are you OK?"—we need to dig deeper: "R U really OK?" 🤔 "I feel like you’re not yourself lately, would you like to talk?" 🗣️ It’s about offering genuine support 🤝 and making sure people know you’re there for them. 💛 The steps outlined by R U OK? are simple, yet critical. Listening with an open mind 👂, encouraging action, and offering support can make a big difference in someone's life. Taking time to reflect on your own wellbeing, and that of others, is key to building resilience and community. Let’s remember to reach out, not just today, but every day. Check in, stay connected, and be the person someone can lean on. 🙌💛 #RUOK #MentalHealth #Wellbeing #SelfCare #SupportEachOther #EveryDayCounts 🌟 Useful R U OK? Mental Health Awareness Day 💚 As a young woman navigating life’s twists and turns, mental health has become a topic very close to my heart. We all face challenges—whether it’s feeling overwhelmed, battling self-doubt, or simply trying to find balance in a fast-paced world. Today, on #MentalHealthAwarenessDay, I want to take a moment to remind myself—and others—that it’s okay to not have everything figured out. It's okay to ask for help. And most importantly, it’s okay to put your mental wellbeing first, even when it feels like the world is telling you to keep pushing through. Be kind to your mind, it can make all the difference 😊 #MentalHealthMatters

“It’s bollocks, it’s called greed” 👇 World Mental Health Day is next week.. The theme is “Time to prioritise Mental Health in the workplace” 👏🏼 If you are one of those companies that says: 1. “We just don’t have the time to take them off shift” 😅 That’s choice. So to me, that’s bollocks… it’s called greed. 2. “We don’t have the budget” In some cases granted… but if you turned over £20 million profit last year, that’s also bollocks… it’s called greed. I’ve said this for years but the fact is simple, better #mentalwellbeing leads to better #performance Our Journal ✍️ + wellbeing workshops have glowing reviews, we create bespoke workshops and talks to your needs. We teach people #proactive tools Our workshops are relaxed and fun. And I can also shoot guns now, so yeah, don’t make me come knocking at your door. #mentalwellbeing #personalgrowth
