Give someone a good service and they'll tell 600 people! A candidate I helped recently posted this in a Whatsapp group with over 600 of their peers from all around the world. For me it's not about getting candidates to take any old job. I work meticulously to make sure it's the right match for everyone. For now, for next year and over the next five years and beyond. Sure, it takes more time of my day. But when there is a match, it gives me that fuzzy feeling that I love.
