Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the Creating Sustainable Work conference in May 2025 in Stockholm, but it might be of interest to some of my colleagues. Creating Sustainable Work conference (CSW2025), takes place from May 7-9, 2025, in Stockholm, Sweden. The aim of the conference is to bring together academics, policymakers, and stakeholders to explore how research can help shape policies that support a sustainable future of work. The conference will consist of two days featuring inspiring keynotes, parallel sessions, and interactive discussions across five core themes: Health, Safety, and Well-Being; Society and Inequality; Digitalization and Platformization; Policy, Resistance, and Intervention; and Theories and Methods. CSW2025 will conclude with a third day dedicated to masterclasses, business meetings, and method roundtables. Had a great time at RosettaFest2024. My top 3 highlights: 1.) My client Northridge Preparatory School won an award for one of the top health plans in America. Congrats Northridge Preparatory School! Tom Lipscomb, it's been a great ride over the last almost 3 years with you and the entire team. You deserve so much credit for the success with the personalized education you provided (and so much more). 2.) Marty Makary M.D., M.P.H. gave another great talk. I so appreciate his data driven insights. My takeaway from his talk is an old quote: Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food. 3.) Stacey Richter moderated an amazing panel discussion. What an organized, thoughtful, and smart individual. And 3 other impressive woman were also part of the panel. Now back to work educating employers about how to fix healthcare.
