You have technology that powers your organization. It's good. But you think it can be great - maybe even infused with AI. But you're not sure where to start. Here's what you can do ⬇️ Creating a digital product roadmap that you can trust is not easy. The environment in 2024 makes it even harder. Investment capital for new tech is tight. The appetite for risk is low. The new tech of yesterday is old today. I was texting with a contact in the industry who shared with me "I can't keep up with how fast technology is changing!" Dozens of digital product assessments, roadmap plans, and executions have taught me that this: 1. The devil is in the details — and they matter. 2. Getting Voice of Customer is an art and a science. 3. Enhancing the employee experience has not been focused on enough. 4. The potential with custom technology is huge. 5. It's easier than you think to build AI solutions in and around your existing technology. 6. Strategy and execution are hard to find in one partner. We've had strong success in evaluating digital products, creating roadmaps, and then successfully executing those roadmaps. I'm sharing below a segment of a roadmap proposal that has sparked new thinking for one of our clients, with the hope that it will do the same for you. For those charting a course for digital product improvement — what strategies have you found invaluable? What ignites that spark of innovation in your plans?
