The steps for using a small soap production machine usually include the following aspects: Prepare raw materials: prepare oil, lye, water and other additives such as flavors and pigments according to the formula. Mix raw materials: heat the oil to the appropriate temperature, then slowly add the lye and stir thoroughly to mix it evenly. Reaction process: continue to stir until the mixture reaches the saponification stage, which is usually manifested as an increase in consistency. Additives: After the saponification is completed, flavors, pigments, etc. can be added and formulated as needed. Molding: Pour the mixture into the mold and wait for cooling and solidification. Cutting and packaging: After the soap is completely solidified, remove it from the mold, cut it into the desired shape, and finally package it. Cleaning and maintenance: Clean the equipment after use, ensure the hygiene of the production environment, and maintain the machine regularly.
