1. AMI should not issue "test keys" at all 2. If they do, they should issue a "test key" per device vendor 3. If they do, they should provide a BIG WARNING about their test key(s) in their documentation 3. Why do device vendors not issue private keys per product-line, or device model, limiting the compromise and strip out any given them by AMI? 4. Why was a private key publicly exposed, even if "protected" by a "4 character password"? 5. Four-character "password"?! A lot of things had to go wrong to make this happen. I guess we just continue to not care enough about security?
