We had a blast visiting the B2B Marketing Expo in London! The energy was high. We asked attendees three key questions: 1. What’s your favorite B2B marketing tool? 2. What should marketers stop doing in 2025? 3. What should marketers start doing in 2025? The answers revealed some very forward-thinking marketers, with modern ideas on b2b marketing. Yet, the event itself felt... a bit traditional: - 20% of the event space was filled with B2B merchandise booths (branded stress balls and pens). - Another 20% of the booths were occupied by booth-making companies (booth-ception) - Sales and Marketing were housed in completely separate halls – a symbol of the divide - And there was that presentation on the importance of measuring clicks in social media campaigns 🥲 The takeaway: B2B marketers are ready to move forward. The industry? Not quite there yet.

Is creativity the key to unlocking B2B channel marketing ROI? 🤔 Well, Yes. Duh! 🙄 But there's obviously far, far more to it than that. Right? > What does B2B creativity really look/feel/sound/taste like? > How do you drive and encourage creative thinking? > How do you develop and implement creative ideas? > How do you make your brand meaningfully different? > And how does all of that drive provable ROI (from your MDF)? All these questions (and many more) will be dug into, given a good going over, and answered in roundtable format (alongside yours truly) at the Channel Meet Up event on 25th April at Twickenham stadium. Grab your spot whilst you still can (and if you ask nicely I might even be able to swing you a free ticket). Drop me a cheeky DM if you're interested 👍
