"How much money are you making here?" is a common question asked by our leadership during town halls at RepStack. Recently, our CEO, Azhar Siddiqui, reached out to me about my absence from RepCamp and inquired if I was aware of our new pay scales. This conversation highlights how much we value transparency around compensation. Every year at RepStack brings new opportunities for growth and success, and RepCamp 2024 aimed to break records from previous years. At the last RepCamp, the introduction of the retention bonus structure eliminated doubts and inspired many to pursue careers at RepStack. The vision of a "Level Playing Field" from the Siddiqui brothers is becoming a reality, empowering us all to take on leadership roles. The new pay scale announcement at RepCamp 2024 marks a significant change. Senior employees will now transition to the US pay scale and employment contracts. This adjustment aligns our compensation structure with industry standards and reflects RepStack's commitment to employee well-being. P.S. I really missed being at this year's RepCamp.
