The inspiring Kristin Sanderson and I spoke this morning; my mind is still spinning from the insightful things she said about the give and take nature that must exist internally for successful advocacy programs. And because I have no filter, I blurt, "It's the penny tray!" Our internal stakeholders are welcome to take pennies as references, speakers, content creators, etc. But we need our partners to also put pennies back in - advocate nominations, sharing customers wins, giving customer insights.
