It can feel overwhelming to wade through your life stories to find the themes and messages that are MOST relevant and impactful. Your “story” might be one giant, significant experience or a collection of important touch points along the way. Finding the anchor within your message and getting booked for gigs comes down to: 🎤 Getting clear on WHY you want to speak. What is it you want to be KNOWN for? 🎤 Finding the themes from your stories that can be connected back to the things you would love to teach to others. 🎤 Determine who the BEST audience is for your message where you can create the most impact, and so people know how/why to hire you! (Remember- if you speak to everyone, you will speak to no one!) If you are feeling that pull, comment or DM me “Speaker” and we can see what the BEST next step for you is.

Keeping it 'Reel' 🎬 If you were to ask me what I think 2025 will be about in #recruitmentmarketing, it will be just this👆 (excuse the pun!) Building authentic stories is easily said, but often over-thought. Your audience want to see you being you, and creating easily digestible video content is one thing that will set recruitment businesses apart in 2025. So if you're brave enough, here are a few tips to get you started: 🚂 Video your arrival at a client site - give job-seekers first hand insight into the premises and the welcome you receive 🗣️ Take a short recording of the hiring manager selling a role - nothing more powerful than hearing it first-hand 📽️ Done a great job? Record a quick video testimonial from the TA or hiring team, and the successful candidate in post Interested but don't know where to start? I'm out and about this week and next, so watch this space to see where I travel to... #videocontent #reels #keepingitreal Alex Norman Amber Loach Jordan Duffy (ACIM) Prominence

“I don't post, because I don't know WHAT to post about” 😥 PART 3 Not knowing “what” to post is a common concern of many recruiters I speak to. You have 1000’s of hours of experience. Most of you years! Think about what can bring value to your target audience. Here are a few examples of ENTERTAINMENT content - Where have you traveled to in the past that you would recommend to others and why? - What was your first job? What did you learn from it? - What personal goals do you have for the month, quarter or year ahead, and why? These posts are meant to put a personal touch to your profile. All these questions can be easily answered by all the recruiters I speak to every day. Give it a try :) Good Luck today!!

Dear CEO's/MD's/Founders/Business Owners... Why do you spend thousands and thousands of pounds trying to hire colleagues who will amplify and advocate your business proposition... Only to never fully leverage their advocacy once they join your organisation? SO many candidates sit through interviews and wax lyrical about YOUR company, clearly demonstrating their passion and desire to work for YOU. 🔴 They land the job. 🟠 They go through induction. 🟢 Then they are trusted to be 'let loose' on your client base, your colleagues and your stakeholders... 🚧 But that's where it all ends. Why not create the bandwidth, establish the trust and deliver the knowledge needed for your colleagues to take their collective enthusiasm for your company online? You're missing out on employer brand growth, public speaking opportunities, podcasts, PR, awards and so much more... 🚨 BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY 🚨 , you are missing out on potential customers. Linkedin is free…make it make sense. #emoloyeegeneratedcontent #EVP #PersonalBrand

Did you know you only have 2 secs to grab someone’s attention on LinkedIn? That’s right—just 2 secs! With everyone’s attention span shrinking, your audience isn’t going to read through your entire post to decide if it’s worth their time. The secret? It’s all in the hook. Here’s how you can make your hooks irresistible: → Spark Curiosity: - Start with a fact that makes your audience “need” to know more. - Example: Sarah made $1 million in 1 minute—here’s how. → Be Bold with Controversy: - Drop a statement that challenges your audience’s thinking. - Example: Your resume is probably costing you job offers. → Shock Them into Attention: - Say something unexpected that makes them do a double-take. - Example: I’m shutting down my business tomorrow. Remember, it’s not just about what you write— it’s how you present it. Spend more time crafting that perfect hook, and watch your engagement soar! Ps. If you’re a busy founder and CEO, still waiting for your content to shine, I’m here to help you out ! Just DM me “STRATEGY” and I’ll rescue you! #branding #strategist

Something super personal to share… I LOVED creating this interview and putting together this content. It truly reflected my passion for what I do...helping clients and candidates scale, grow, and connect. But here’s the truth: I hesitated to post it because I felt in my eyes...I didn't look the part. I wasn't pretty enough. I was "big" I sat on this video for three days, doubting myself, even though I knew my voice and message were finally shining through. How sad, but sadly a lot of our reality. This morning, I decided to rewatch it with a fresh perspective, and instead of self-criticism, I saw EMPOWERMENT. I saw a person who has been through so much in the past ten years, professionally and personally. I blame Pluto but that's me personally. BUT now all I do is channel that experience to help others succeed and feel heard and LOVED. What you see here is 100% me: real, passionate, and committed. If my words resonate with you, know they come from a place of love and intention. If you’re holding back from posting something because you feel unsure, I want to encourage you to post IT. Or message me, and we’ll get the “wiggles” out together! I got your back! This is a safe space. Let’s support each other in showing up authentically. #Clients #MentalHealth #Recruiting #Content #DirectResponse #Ecommerce #AgencyHiring #ScalingWithPurpose

Why would I hire YOU vs anyone else who does the exact same thing you do? → It's not because you shared a pic of your kid or a cool photo. Yes - those things can help your audience resonate with you. They can help build familiarity. but they don't activate people to reach out. The reason I would HIRE you is → because you've communicated how your approach will help me. - you've communicated how I can get to my goal more easily, more quickly, more effectively... - you've communicated why your approach works when I've already tried x, y, and z It's not about being interesting. It's about being effective and communicating why you're effective.
