As we celebrate the start of our 10th year in business, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our clients. Your unwavering trust in us to support and guide your healthcare operations, quality, and governance has been instrumental in our journey to help you provide the best healthcare possible. We started govENHANCE in 2015, so at the start of our 10th year, we decided to add up how many clients we had worked with. It turns out it's a staggering (to us at least) 83. Our commitment to our projects is unwavering, often lasting for long periods. The longest project, which involved registering a hospital and leading quality and governance through to its first Care Quality Commission inspection, took seven years from start to finish. One of the most gratifying parts of our work is when a client recommends us to another client. In the last year, we had the great honour of having a client whom another client initially recommended recommend us to another organisation. Healthcare is constantly evolving, and never more so than now. Providers must continually review what they do and how they do it to ensure that change happens safely, protecting patients and staff. At govENHANCE, we understand this and are committed to helping our clients navigate these changes confidently, ensuring their operations remain effective and patient-focused. At govENHANCE, we bring a unique blend of expertise from supporting a diverse range of healthcare providers, including the public and private sector, primary and secondary care, community provision, and almost everything in between. Our comprehensive approach sets us apart and ensures we can meet the unique needs of each client. As we embark on our 10th year, we are as active and committed as ever. We want to reassure both our new and returning clients that we are always here for you, ready to assist and support your healthcare journey. So, if you provide healthcare and want to improve, or if you want to provide healthcare and need help starting, get in touch. **Book your place now for 25th April 9.30-10.30am** https://lnkd.in/emKPitp6 As NHS Trusts continue their digital transformation journeys, the implementation of Electronic Patient Records (EPRs) stands out as a critical milestone. However, the transition to EPR can present challenges in terms of data migration, integration, and workforce readiness. Intelligent Automation is playing a pivotal role in facilitating smooth EPR rollouts within a number of NHS Trusts. Our next webinar gives some real-world NHS examples of how automation can support the various stages of an EPR roll out. Pre-Implementation Prior to rolling out an EPR system, Intelligent Automation tools can help organisations prepare for data migration by cleansing and standardising data in legacy systems. During Implementation Intelligent Automation ensures the accurate and timely extraction, transformation, and uploading of patient-related data from legacy systems into the new EPR. By complementing conventional data migration techniques, it expands the breadth of data migration while concurrently alleviating the burden on staff to manually input data. The automation of these migration tasks not only streamlines the process but also significantly mitigates the potential risks associated with human error, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the transferred data. Post Implementation Intelligent Automation can bridge the gap between the new EPR and other disparate systems by automating synchronisation, reconciliation, and verification processes. This enables seamless interoperability, streamlined workflows, and enhanced data accuracy. Furthermore, automation can be used to generate reports and conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
Join Kerry Morgan, and our fantastic lineup of guest speakers, in just 3 days for our next #e18Insights webinar: 'How Can Automation Support The Implementation Of An EPR.' 🤖 See you there! https://lnkd.in/eUWeWGxf #EPR #HealthcareWebinar #RPA #HealthTech Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

It's National Hospital Week! Did you know that every year, hospitals act as the healthcare safety net for 26 million uninsured Americans? The 340B program enables children's hospitals, disproportionate share hospitals, critical access hospitals, and other covered entities to serve all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. #340b #communityhealth #protect340b

An administrative judge in North Carolina has upheld the decision to grant Altamonte Springs' AdventHealth a certificate of need (CON) to construct a hospital with a minimum of 67 beds in Buncombe County. Mission Health, based in Asheville and part of HCA Healthcare, contested this decision, leading to a year-long trial. This outcome is significant for AdventHealth, aiming to counter HCA's expansion in Western North Carolina. AdventHealth has challenged Mission Health's recent CON applications for standalone emergency departments in the state. Brandon Nudd, FACHE, AdventHealth Hendersonville's president and CEO, expressed gratitude for the decision, emphasizing the hospital's positive impact on healthcare in Buncombe, Graham, Madison, and Yancey Counties. AdventHealth plans to establish the hospital in Weaverville, having acquired 30 acres of land, intending to expand to 93 beds. However, HCA expressed disappointment, stating concerns about patient transportation for advanced care when Mission Hospital's specialized beds are full. Mission Health reaffirmed its commitment to delivering advanced healthcare tailored to the region's needs. Thank you Mr. Nudd for your commitment to serve communities! We extend our offering in implementing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes by providing comprehensive training on RCM software, offering guidance on workflow optimization, conducting regular audits for compliance, and staying updated on industry regulations to ensure smooth revenue flow and efficient financial operations.
