Our systems went down multiple times in last 90 days due to the spike of users which initially was 200 in 30 minutes to 500 in 30 minutes to 1000 in 30 minutes and the latest one being yesterday night 2000 in 30 minutes. For a bootstrapped early stage startup like Where U Elevate, 50 users in 30 minutes used to be a good thing for us 3 months back, but the team's hard work, some good campaigns that we did with Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence (CCoE) Hyderabad Cosmocloud Ksolves India Limited MMJS DataPhi Kreatorverse and many more, everyday, there is a new normal getting created for us, our tech, marketing, program management, hiring management, everything scaled up to deliver and all became possible because of the sheer hard work which our team has put in. In this phase, we got appreciations and thrashing, both from our customers but all helped us learn lessons to scale. As we gear up to lead the innovation and talent engagement market, we are making hackathons accessible to new age tech startups and corporates to drive their innovation journeys by building a strong talent pipeline!!
