So many brilliant insights from yesterday’s #IFGS panel where Emma Kisby, Stephen Dury Alex Mollart and Zara Ransley discussed how financial institutions can engage Gen Z, the customers of the future. It became clear that this generation has unique needs and really cares about the environment— with one-third saying climate anxiety is their biggest stressor. Alex highlighted the intention-action gap that exists among this generation, while Emma shared how we can close the gap by engaging customers where they are on their sustainability journey, rewarding sustainable behaviours and encouraging more impactful actions.
