Instead of hiring an agency on fixed term retainer with no guarantee of results... This brand outsourced their customer acquisition the SMART way 1. Their target CAC was $155 2. They offered us $155 for every sale we delivered 3. We ran the Meta ads on OUR ad spend 4. We are now 100% responsible for the campaign performance (if our CAC > $155, then we lose money not the brand) 5. Brand now enjoys a steady flow of new customers at a guaranteed CAC they set This month we've already delivered 1124 incremental new customers to this brand, that they otherwise wouldn't have got without us There's one simple litmus test to determine if an agency is actually competent and will take 100% responsibility for their results. Are they willing to risk their own money for you? I know we'll take that risk if the brand is a good fit.

Grow an eComm brand to 7-figures without hiring a single full-time employee. 90% of DTC brands can grow to $10M with Facebook channel alone. There are 4 conditions: → Quality creative production with high volume → Media buying testing strategy in place → Recurring customer rate at 30% → AOV $80 - $100 $50K monthly revenue → 3 months in a row = Market Fit. Then, go all in on creative production. Don’t look back until you hit $10M yearly revenue. Optimal outsourced creative team setup: - An agency that does media buying + creative editing. - A partner to shoot content on demand. - Content creator partners. It's HARD. I struggled for a few months in lockdown to film tiktoks on the floor of my flat and the results were so poor I seriously reconsidered whether a career in social media was still for me. And social media pros will tell you "yeah you've just gotta make videos" as if making videos doesn't take FOREVER, on top of of the million other things we have to do. So we're hiring.
