‘Tis the season…for crazy scams! Not to be a rain cloud on the most wonderful time of the year, but remember that Christmas time is also busy season for scammers. Be aware of “postal service” or “courier” text messages that could be scams, emails, maybe even in-person scams at your front door. Note also that most of these texts and emails can look fully professional and match the real company’s branding (ex.: Amazon, Canada Post, etc.). Never click or tap on any links, enter in your address or credit card number again from a link, etc. Always log into your account with the company manually and take a look. Be sure to share this reminder & give us a follow!

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a powerful and effective solution for many BUT... I have been trying for over a month to find and cancel a recurring charge on a personal card that I no longer have access to or need. Amazon has been "challenging" to communicate with since I cannot access the account, password, or account access, and resets do not come to active email accounts. AWS and their support recommend changing your credit card number, and the charge will eventually stop. I am now working with my credit card company to cancel card numbers, dispute charges, and get refunded for a service I am not using. Does anyone have any suggestions, connections, or other experiences to resolve this kind of "old" AWS account issue? #AWSSupport #recurringCharges #AWS #oldAccounts

Are you haunted by a valued customer vanishing into thin air? Studies show that only one in 26 customers actually complains. The other 25 just . . . poof! We understand that things happen. A company facing a limited budget may change its direction and opt not to renew a contract or walk toward the glowing light of an aggressive competitor, which is creepy. But if you’ve lost a customer because they had a nightmarish onboarding experience, endured ghoulish customer service, or couldn’t shake the nagging feeling of being left in the dark with the other ignored customers, you have a ghosting problem. Here are three simple ways to stop scaring off customers. 👻 https://lnkd.in/gpiHCFG6 Fullcast, The Go-to-Market Cloud #revops #gotomarket #gotomarketcloud Brad Warnock Dylan Ferguson Amanda Fletcher Celena Ashcar Susan Macomber Ryan Christensen Alyssa Suchy Amy Osmond Cook, Ph.D.

Why remove inactive users? 🤔 Think of these accounts as unlocked doors, inviting security risks while also bogging down your system's efficiency. Removing them not only boosts system performance and security but also ensures compliance with regulations and effective resource allocation. AWS now offers Amazon Cognito to detect and clean up these accounts, ensuring your cloud is secure and compliant. 🔏 To learn more, check out the #AWS Blog on this feature. https://lnkd.in/dysqv2n4

Does Amazon Web Services (AWS) mislead its customers who pay Prime subscription and the majority of the deliveries are no longer made on the following day? If so, what's the point of paying for a service that is not provided? Is it that Amazon Web Services (AWS) is defrauding its customers? If not, how can Amazon justify that and provide irrefutable proof and valid verifiable evidence in that regard?

Yesterday, I posted about the latest Microsoft Azure outage. What I didn’t mention was that Amazon Web Services (AWS) also experienced a significant outage on the same day. This is a rare event where two of the world’s most prominent cloud providers faced major disruptions simultaneously. Microsoft attributed their outage to a cyberattack, while AWS reported that a "contention" issue with their Kinesis data stream product led to a nearly 4-hour service disruption. The AWS outage impacted notable customers such as Whole Foods and Alexa, among others. As our world becomes increasingly reliant on cloud services, it’s crucial for businesses to proactively assess and safeguard their critical systems. Ensuring your operations can withstand extended outages is no longer optional—it’s essential. If your business is based in Atlanta and you’re concerned about protecting your systems from potential disruptions, don’t hesitate to reach out to MIS Solutions at 770-945-5487. We’re here to help you build a resilient strategy. For more details, check out this [article from CRN](insert link) about the AWS outage. https://lnkd.in/d38QySi8

https://lnkd.in/gFnqmMyE I have bad news for you! If you buy this 5tb cloud storage. A few days after signing up your going to receive an email asking for your honest review. Leave it and take a snapshot sending back to their customer care for $9.95 refunded giving you a full first year of storage. Let me find my receipt, as I will post it to show you the truth! Enjoy! No dont do it! I don't send or respond to emails as I find them useful only for setting up an account. So, if you happen to scroll through this message, know there's no point in sending an email to someone who doesn't really want it. However, if you're searching for a better deal and don't want to pay $9.99 a month, or you want things for free, it's simple. Here is the link to pay only $9.95 for one year: iDrive Special Offer. Your first year of 5TB of synced data storage across all your devices includes your mobile phone, tablet, computer, your child's computer, and your older son or daughter's own cloud if they sign up. I can't stress enough how valuable this is. I recently lost a Seagate 6TB drive I bought for $120 at Walmart. I thought I didn't need to log in to save my digital entertainment, selfies, downloads of my Google takeouts, and downloads of Facebook and LinkedIn account information. Yes, you have the right to back up your data. Had I not backed it up to my personal iDrive.com account, I would have been complaining about losing my data. Even in the midst of a hurricane, earthquake, or tornado, you can rest easy knowing your data is safe. Plus, you can write off things on your taxes if you have a picture of the receipt you took at the bar that night! With iDrive, everything syncs. It's the truth, and it’s amazing to see how many people can save today. Namaste.
