The holiday season can be both exciting and overwhelming, and it's easy to get caught up in the hustle. Remember, saying "no" to things that stress you out is just as valuable as saying "yes" to the things you truly feel excited about. Give yourself permission to simplify, focus on what really matters, and make room for moments that fill you with calm and connection. Make choices that nurture your well-being, both now and in the future. Stay grounded, stay intentional, and make space for what matters most. ❤️ You can read more tips on my blog, Tis the Season to Pause. The holiday season and year end are here. It's a time filled with both celebration and pressure. Here’s the question: 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙡𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪? As personal and professional demands increase, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. But remember, life is 10% what happens to you and 90% 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘪𝘵. Think about the internal talk track you’re running. You’ll speak to yourself more than anyone else ever will, so how are you treating that voice? Are you lifting yourself up, or are you your own toughest critic? If I’m lucky, I’ll get 100 years on this planet. That means 100 Christmases, 100 New Years, and maybe 40 end-of-year business seasons. How do I want to remember them? As periods of stress and burnout? Or as opportunities to lean in, embrace the moment, and grow? Because in either scenario, when the moments pass - they are gone for good. This time of year is what you make of it. Choose to reflect, celebrate, and thrive. It’s your perspective that defines the season. It's not the pressures around you. So, how will you look back on this time? What’s your strategy to navigate the holiday and year end challenges?

The holiday season is right around the corner and for many, it can bring as much stress as it does joy. Leigh Ann Errico, our CEO and Founder, has some advice for making the season memorable and manageable: 🌟 Plan Early: Take a few moments this weekend, grab a warm drink, and sit down with your journal. Ask yourself, What do I want to get out of these holidays? Reflect on the traditions that mean the most to you and your loved ones, then prioritize those. The memories you make together are what truly matter. 🌟 Manage Expectations: Look at your commitments and demands ahead of time. Prioritizing your plans can help reduce stress and keep you from feeling overwhelmed. 🌟 Set a Budget: Finances can be a major stressor during the holidays. Set a budget now and get a head start on shopping to avoid last-minute expenses. #HolidayWellness #BurnoutPrevention #MindfulPlanning #StressReduction

Navigating the Holiday Season with Confidence: The holiday season can be tough--especially when you're leading a team or trying to meet end-of-year deadlines--but you have the power to own it! Here are three tips to help you shine bright this holiday season: 1. Ask the Magic Question: Don't forget to check in with yourself amidst the chaos. Ask, "What would make me feel best in this situation?" Define your boundaries, from taking time off to when you're willing to begin new projects and do what feels best for you. 2. Don't take it personally: Fear of judgment? Let it go. People's actions and words are about them, not you. Breathe, check in with yourself, and align with your core values. What triggers you, and how can you respond authentically? Focus on yourself and enjoy the present moment. 3. Get really clear in your core values: Distinguish between fear-based and core values. Fear-based decisions feel icky; core values bring joy. Prioritize what aligns with your core values, making choices effortless. If unsure of your values, take the time to discover them using the free values assessment under the "resources" tab on my website. Remember, you don't have to go through this alone. Asking for help is a strength. Wishing you all a happy, healthy, and confident holiday season. #burnout #endofyear #endofyearreviews #quarterfour #tipsforq4
