In a game of contracting, you're just one person away from scaling to the next level. Our business is heavy human resource. It's all human capital, and we try to automate things and streamline things and put technology in place so we could be more efficient. There's certain positions we need a human being in contracting. If you can get one anchor person in a project management role, that will free you up tremendously to move to another level. And then if you can get another anchor person in an estimating role, that can free you up to another. Level and you're gonna continue to grow and scale as you stack on people. The more jobs we bid, the more business we get, the more people we're gonna need. That's the name of our game. That's how it works, especially if you wanna scale into the bigger jobs.
