We are #hiring, "Procurement Specialist" to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
o Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent supply.
o Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
o Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
o Optimize procurement processes for cost efficiency and timely supply.
o Ensure procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
o Mitigate risks by ensuring quality and ethical sourcing practices.
o Address any supply chain disruptions and resolve supplier disputes.
o Monitor and manage procurement budgets to meet organizational goals.
o Provide cost analysis and forecasts for budgeting purposes.
o Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to maintain stock levels.
o Avoid overstocking or stockouts by aligning purchases with demand forecasts.
o Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
o Generate procurement reports to support decision-making and audits.
o Keep updated on market trends, pricing, and new products/services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
Analytical skills for cost comparison and supplier evaluation.
Knowledge of procurement best practices and legal regulations.
Key Competencies:

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of ethical and sustainable sourcing practices.
Work conditions:
Location Nasr city.
Working days 6 days / week from Saturday to Thursday.
Working Hours 9 AM to 5 PM.
