Getting your website landing pages to convert at a good rate is a big marketing challenge. A recent report from Unbounce shows that the median landing page conversion rate is 6.6%. The most useful info I got from the report (and its something I've always recommended) is to keep the copy short and simple on website landing pages. It's backed up by the data. Long and difficult words in landing page copy result in 24% decrease in conversions. Writing copy at the level of a 10 year old reading level results in an 11% conversion rate. Too much web copy, especially in B2B, is too long and complicated. https://lnkd.in/eTkvYUKQ Bigfork ⭐ Creating tasty B2B websites since 2010 #b2b #b2bmarketing #b2bwebsites

Non-Conventional Ways to Increase Conversion Rate on Your Website 💡 If you’re a B2B company, there’s a high chance you have a blog full of articles. One of the top objectives of this blog is to increase organic traffic and attract relevant potential customers to your website. But what’s cooler than just attracting them to your website? Converting them to leads and initiating your relationship with them. Here’s a simple idea that can improve your conversion rate on the blog: 1️⃣ Identify Your Most Visited Blog Post: Use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool to find the most visited blog on your website. The best one will be the one related to pains or topics that connect to your product and has a lot of traffic. 2️⃣ Create a Complementary Asset: What’s a complementary asset? If the blog is a list of regulations, rules, or anything that gathers a lot of information, a complementary asset could be a “Cheat Sheet”. If the blog is about a trend or a new movement, create a “Full Guide”. If the blog explains a specific topic that is not easy to digest, an infographic can be complementary. 3️⃣ Promote Your Complementary Asset: Once you have this complementary asset, add it in different locations on the page with a catchy headline that addresses the prospects' interests in this blog, and watch the magic happen. I've seen this work, and I urge you to try it. What unique strategies have you used to increase conversion rates on your blog? Have you tried creating complementary assets? Share your experiences and let's discuss!

5 CRO Quick Fixes That Can Boost Your Conversions As a B2B business owner, you're meticulously refining every aspect of your online presence to attract and convert potential customers. Hours invested, strategies devised, yet the needle on your conversion rates remains stubbornly unmoved. With CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation), usually a long and tedious process, finding quick fixes can be the catalyst to your business needs. Here are some low-hanging fruits you can look out for that might just give your conversions a boost and propel your business forward: 1️⃣ Concise Copy, Clear Message: Cut through the noise with crisp, compelling copy that gets straight to the point. Your audience is busy. Attention spans are short, so make every word count. Craft concise and persuasive messaging that highlights the unique value your solutions bring to the table. 2️⃣ Prominent CTAs, Seamless Navigation: Don't make your visitors hunt for the next step. Place clear, compelling Calls-to-Action (CTAs) strategically throughout your website or landing page to make it easy for prospects to take action. Compelling and personalised CTAs can guide users seamlessly through the conversion funnel. 3️⃣ Shortened Web Forms, Streamlined Experience: Lengthy forms are a conversion killer. Opt for a minimalist approach. Simplify your form fields to capture essential information without overwhelming your visitors. This will ensure an effortless user experience. 4️⃣ Clarify Your Value Proposition, Build Trust: What sets your solutions apart? Clearly articulate your unique value proposition and instil confidence in your audience. Showcase customer testimonials, case studies, and industry accolades to build trust and credibility. Use compelling storytelling to reinforce your value and establish trust with potential customers. 5️⃣ Optimise Content for Current Offers, Maximise Results: Tailor your content to match your current offers and promotions. Whether it's a limited-time discount or a new feature rollout, align your messaging to drive urgency and excitement. Craft engaging content that highlights the benefits of current offers and compels users to take action. Have you implemented these quick fixes in your CRO strategy?
