Attracting and hiring high performing Salesforce sales professionals is hard 😑 I regularly speak to Leaders from Salesforce partners who say “We are looking for top Sales people who have strong relationships with AE’s at Salesforce”.. but when I ask: “Why would someone who is performing well with another partner, by utilising their relationships at Saleforce, want to leave their current role to join here?”… it often takes the hiring manager by surprise..
