We at Salesforce aren't the only ones excited about Agentforce. I want to share how one of our customers is using it–and in an area this community knows well, helping workers and employers find each other. The Adecco Group, one of the world’s biggest HR and staffing firms, is deploying Agentforce, along with Data Cloud and MuleSoft, to reimagine recruiting. Finding a job shouldn’t feel like submitting your resume into a void. With billions of resumes submitted each year, it’s easy to feel lost. So Adecco is deploying Agentforce 24/7 to make sure every candidate gets the attention they deserve. Adecco’s 27,000 users will now have a 360-degree view of a candidate’s account, harnessing the power of data to refine customer service. Caroline Basyn, the company’s Chief Digital & IT Officer, says it well: “We’re focused on the next era of AI to transform staffing for 100,000 clients every day.” This is what we mean when we talk about humans and AI agents working together to drive customer success. Adecco is using Agentforce to build millions of meaningful connections. This is the future of work!
💯% the perfect use case for implementing Data Cloud & Agentforce. Now that the desired outcome is clearly stated, I would love to see the step by step plan, from requirement to implementation, of how this is going to come to life for Adecco.
The agent ecosystem will automate enterprise-grade processes currently overseen by thousands of people in larger corps. The pressure on augmenting is massive. After the 2022 hiring balloon and WFH, the empires strike back.
Now that we’ve seen an exciting video on the inbound sales applications of AgentForce, I'm very curious to see how AgentForce performs with outbound sales. The company that can solve this challenge will be a true game-changer in the industry! Many small, agile companies are already working on outbound sales automation, and there are countless products out there promising results—but I have yet to see any that deliver at 100%. Here’s the specific problem I’m thinking about: imagine a company with a product or service that has massive market potential—something relevant to “every household.” Ironically, this broad appeal creates a significant challenge. When “everyone” is a target, we end up reaching no one. The key to success lies in narrowing down the target audience and developing niche segments. The more specific the audience, the more opportunities there are to craft personalized messages—the holy grail of AI-driven automation. This means sales campaigns need to be tailored to each market segment. But here’s where AI agents often fall short. In my experience, even the best AI tools on the market can only handle about 25% of the workload autonomously before their effectiveness starts to decline.
Impressive to see how Adecco and Salesforce are transforming recruitment! 🔄 Elevating candidate experience with AI and data-driven insights is a game-changer for job seekers and employers alike.
It’s incredible to see how Agentforce is transforming industries like HR and staffing! Adecco’s implementation is a prime example of how AI and data-driven solutions can revolutionize the recruitment process, making it more personalized and efficient. The combination of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft is truly powerful, giving companies the tools to offer a 360-degree view of every candidate and build stronger connections. As a Salesforce user and future consultant, I’m excited to witness how this AI-driven future is reshaping the way businesses operate and how we connect people to opportunities. Kudos to Adecco and Salesforce for leading the way!
Agentforce is breaking silos, and creating more connections. No more generic e-mails about "you weren't what we're looking for". It's all about, "Thank you for your application, we're looking for this, and XYZ didn't stand out. Let's see what future opportunities stand out."
Salesforce’s Agentforce deployment with Adecco is a powerful example of AI-driven transformation in recruitment. This approach not only positions Agentforce as a leading solution in the staffing industry but also underscores the broader potential of AI to improve human-AI collaboration across high-impact areas.
This is a fantastic video showcasing how AgentForce is transforming inbound sales! With a 100% response rate within 24 hours, it's a real step forward. Let's dive into the potential a bit more: typically, when someone submits their resume, they receive a simple auto-responder email. But that’s just a generic acknowledgment, right? AgentForce, on the other hand, appears to offer a customized, personalized response (if I understand correctly). Instead of a one-size-fits-all message, could AgentForce deliver tailored feedback specific to each applicant? Imagine if the AI could analyze the content of each resume and provide preliminary metrics on how an applicant’s CV stacks up against others. Even better—what if it could suggest actionable steps to improve the CV in real-time? Now that would be a game-changer. The big question is: how sophisticated is the AI behind AgentForce? If it’s capable of delivering insights and guidance at this level, it could truly revolutionize the application and hiring process.
So good Marc Benioff to see you again!!! Thanks for sharing Bradley Rice let's Go!!! 🧙♂️
Any automated agent deployment should be complemented with a voice specific channel that offers the advantages of an AI that understands the conversation, uses this to support a top quality human to human conversation and does it within acceptable cost tolerances. That's where we step in.
